Yoga is for everyone!

Not only am I adding green juice and truthfulness to my 40-day cleanse, I'm also practicing yoga and meditating everyday. Yesterday someone decided to practice with me.

Remember, practice is whatever you need today. Maybe you need an hour and a half of hot yoga or maybe you need a more restorative class. Maybe you only have 5 minutes to sit in silence or maybe you have time to meditate for 20 minutes.

Let your body be your teacher.
