relax and renew

 






















i am so excited! this week i'm in toronto doing a week-long teacher training with judith hanson lasater author of relax and renew, the bible for restorative yoga.
this fall i've been enjoying more yin and restorative yoga classes to help open my tight shoulders and reduce my rotator cuff issues. the balance of doing yin and yang yoga, both longer therapeutic holds and flowing poses, feels healing and invigorating. i think it is important to slow down at times, especially in our fast-paced culture and also as the cool weather settles in.
i'm looking forward to learning this nourishing style from judith and i can't wait to pass it on!
